  The staffs made the gym so much fun and lively. They are friendly, intelligent and helpful. They make the gym the place to be! Couldn't pray for a better gym!

  Great gym for of all levels of fitness. Nice and quiet in the early morning and late on if you have strange working pattern.
  
  Cardio machines are a bit limited but loads of weigh machines and free weights inc a nice sized Cross training area.
