  Deliveries - can be interesting to get into if they are busy, but once in you normally keep going round the building until you run out of road. Park up, goods in is up the stairs on the right and once on a bay you'll have to sit beside the load like a good little driver and not move while they tip (according to the signs).
  
  Actually most of them are grateful if you help move straps etc but just don't tell the H&S bods...oh apart from the one who asked me to do that and I spent the whole time standing inside the trailer.
  
  If delivering frozen / chilled, bring a jacket as it's seriously cold in there!!
