  I placed my order on the Precious Little One website on 12th December. My pushchair was advertised as a 2-3 working day dispatch. However, my order was processed and dispatched within 1 working day and it was delivered today (14th Dec) by Yodel. In addition to this fast, very efficient service, Precious Little One’s also price matched my pushchair and gave me an additional 10% off of the price. Overall I am very pleased with the service I have received and cannot wait to set up my pushchair tomorrow just in time for my little ones arrival :)

  Absolutely impressed with the customer service of Precious Little One. I wanted a car seat at short notice and called to check it would arrive in time. The person on the phone went over to the warehouse and got someone to get the seat out. She then took it to the office and, once I'd paid for it online, took it to delivery to make sure it was put on the van. It arrived the next day! Impressed doesn't cover it. I'm so pleased to have chosen PLO to buy from
