  Disgusting treatment from reception. A very rude receptionist lectured my very tired and Ill partner how it was not their job to call patients if they missed a call from the doctor. Swiftly followed with a " not my problem" when he explained he had been awake all night in the hospital and had fallen asleep waiting for the call. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselfs!
